Our partner, the DAISY Foundation, is an exceptional organization dedicated to upholding and promoting the highest standards of patient care. In collaboration with DAISY, we have established additional programs to represent the community of perioperative nurses in pursuit of professional development.
Celebrating Your Nurses With the DAISY Award
DAISY’s internationally-renowned program, the DAISY Award, is an international recognition program that was started in memory of J. Patrick Barnes. Pat’s family experienced the difference his nurses made in his care through their clinical excellence and outstanding compassionate care. The DAISY Award was founded as a way for his family to express their gratitude to nurses and so that other patients, families, and staff members could have an opportunity to do the same.
The DAISY Award is the perfect outlet to honor a fellow nurse you know who is the epitome of nursing excellence. Honorees receive a bio on the DAISY Foundation page as well as many other benefits!
Speaking of benefits, one of the perks you receive as a DAISY honoree is a discount on one of our certification programs if you are looking to get certified, OR a discount on recertifying your current CCI certification.
