Earlier this month, we took a trip to Boston for AORN’s 2025 Surgical Conference & Expo. Here’s a highlight reel of all our Expo festivities and a HUGE thank you to all the members of our CCI Family– our nurses, partners, volunteers, Board of Directors, and employees, for making this trip one for the books! 🎉

We Gave Out Some Exciting Goodies at Our Booth! 

This year, we gave out the ultimate swag at Expo– CNOR Exam Prep books, socks, CCI-branded scrub caps, and tons of other giveaways (including a Fitbit!). With how fast everything went, we should have brought more– a lesson for next year! 👀

CCI-Funded Research was Presented

The CCI Research Consortium held a showcase session on advancing perioperative nursing science, where CCI-funded research findings were shared and discussed!

We Honored Our Military Nurses

Our amazing board President, Darcie Opalko, MBA, MS, RN, CNOR-CARD, CSSM, NEA-BC, presented Challenge Coins to military nurses and veteran staff at our booth!
