What is a Certification Coach?

A Certification Coach is a certified nurse who volunteers to mentor and motivate colleagues through the certification process. Coaches serve a one-year term and act as champions for certification within their organizations. They share personal experiences, provide resources, and guide peers toward achieving their professional goals.
