Introducing Our New CEO: A Message of Excitement and Innovation

Dear members of the CCI community,

We are thrilled to announce that the Competency & Credentialing Institute has a new CEO. We are excited to welcome Melissa Nosik, Ph.D., BCBA-D, ICE-CCP, SHRM-SCP, to our organization, and we look forward to the positive changes and innovations she will bring to CCI.

Melissa has been previously working as Deputy Chief Executive Officer for the Behavior Analyst Certification Board and has more than nine years of experience related to handling the operations and growth of specialized certification organizations. She has a deep understanding of the importance of competency-based education and its vital role in credentialing, and we are confident that she is the right person to lead CCI into the future.

Melissa holds her Ph.D. in Behavior Analysis from the University of Nevada, Reno, and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at the Doctoral level, is a Certified Credentialing Professional with her ICE-CCP and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional. Melissa serves as the Program Chair of the Innovations in Testing Convention through the Association of Test Publishers (ATP), on the convention program committee for the Institute for Credentialing Excellence (ICE), and as an advisory board member for several organizations.

As we continue to navigate the ever-changing landscape of nursing and specialized perioperative credentialing, we are excited to explore new opportunities under Melissa's leadership. We believe she will bring a fresh perspective to our organization, and we look forward to working together to achieve our goals and advance our mission.

At CCI, we are committed to providing the highest quality of credentialing, exam preparation materials, microcredentials, and certificate of mastery programs to our nurses. With Melissa at the helm, we are confident that we will continue to provide outstanding service and support to our nurses, while also exploring new avenues for growth and innovation.

We are excited to embark on this new chapter with Melissa, and we look forward to the exciting developments that are sure to come. We invite you to join us in welcoming her to our organization, and we look forward to the exciting opportunities that lie ahead.
